"Have ordered many products from Life Jackets to Re Arm kits and my order always arrives and in working order. I use the automatic life vests for Paragliding over water in SIV courses for my students and they work very well."
"We did not receive the product we expected. We wanted the automatic version of the product and we received the manual. The mistake could be ours. The product looks good, but we have not tried it. My dissatisfaction is that we have not gotten any response to our request for help and it has been almost a month."
"I received the Re-Arm Kit-H from Mustang and it was broken when received. I submitted an online claim immediately and waited over a week with no response. So I phoned Mustang customer service twice over the next week and left voice messages. Again no response. I cannot comment on the product because it was already broken when I received it but customer service is absolutely terrible."
